John started his career at Ford Motor Co as an apprentice rising to auto electrical engineer, then after 10 years with Ford moved into the vehicle enhancement industry working as an installer at a large installation company moving up the ranks to positions of engineering and operational manager.

John is acutely aware that the growth and continued success of AVI is achieved and maintained solely by the company's commitment to providing a quality service to all customers, hence his insistence on quality from day one.

John also shares his commitment to quality service as a director of the Mobile Security and Electronic Federation (MESF) where many current and pending industry issues are addressed, including training and industry codes of practice.

Steve coordinates all operations from the Midlands to the North. He is a hands on installer with many years of experience and is dedicated to quality workmanship. Steve holds the respect of customers by his helpfulness, dedication and commitment to service.

Cindy is an extremely important part of our team. She is dedicated to customer service and the efficiency of our administration operations.
